User data deletion Instruction

At Jiji South Sudan, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data.

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below:

2. Use the subject line: “User Data Deletion Request”
3. Include the following details in your email:
– Your full name
– Your registered email address or phone number
– Your account username (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, we will:
– Verify your identity for security purposes
– Process your request within 3–7 working days
– Permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from our system

Please note:
– Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, transaction records)
– After deletion, your account cannot be recovered
